What You'll Be Doing
- Lead a team of Medical Economics and Healthcare Analytics professionals
- Drive enterprise-wide analysis of healthcare cost, utilization, and performance trends
- Identify opportunities to improve Total Cost of Care across Medicaid populations
- Analyze medical and pharmacy utilization trends and recommend strategic actions
- Develop tools, reporting, and analytics that support business decision-making
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of health plan or payer analytics experience
- Strong Medical Economics and Total Cost of Care expertise
- Deep experience within Medicaid Managed Care
- Experience leading and developing analytics teams
- Advanced SQL skills
- Tableau and/or Power BI experience
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
