Director FP&A (m/f/w)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive group budgets and forecasts.
- Develop accurate financial models, analyses, and insights.
- Provide FP&A support to various functions.
Customer Interaction & Support:
- Communicate with executive management, board members, auditors, and other stakeholders.
- Offer proactive support and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Deliverables should be insightful, accurate, high-quality, and timely.
- Demonstrate knowledge of business and financial drivers.
- Identify and resolve problems proactively rather than reactively.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction.
Capabilities:
- At least 15 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or auditing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and integrative skills.
- Proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed problem-solving.
Profile:
- Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and German; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Physical presence required at our headquarters in Ottobrunn, with the option for remote work one day per week.
