This is a high-impact role where you'll work on cutting-edge modeling initiatives that directly influence marketing strategy, customer engagement, and business performance. What They're Looking For:
- 5-7 years of experience in data science, with a strong foundation in marketing analytics and customer behavior modeling
- Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Data Science
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and platforms like DataRobot and Databricks
- Strong understanding of advanced modeling techniques, including ensemble methods, time series, and probabilistic modeling
- Skilled in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, with automation capabilities
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and automated model deployment
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical insights into clear, actionable strategies
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail, and to align technical work with broader business goals
