Position: Product Specialist - Credit
Location: New York
A global investment firm is seeking a Product Specialist to join its Investor Relations & Marketing team, supporting a diverse suite of credit-focused strategies. This role is central to shaping and communicating the firm's investment approach to a global institutional client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of portfolio positioning, performance, and individual investments across credit strategies.
- Collaborate with investment, research, trading, risk, legal, and accounting teams to synthesize complex information.
- Create and maintain marketing materials including investor presentations, letters, market commentary, and case studies.
- Partner with marketers to deliver insights during investor meetings and calls.
- Conduct market and competitive research to support product strategy and development.
- Assist with client-specific projects and contribute to investor due diligence processes, including RFPs and DDQs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials.
- 6-8+ years of experience in alternative investments, with direct exposure to private credit.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with sound judgment and a commitment to excellence.
