Our client is a PE- backed midstream company headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas. Focused on the development, ownership, and operation of energy infrastructure, our client is led by a team with a proven track record in strategic execution and long-term value creation. With capital support from leading financial sponsors and a disciplined approach to growth, our client is positioned to be a differentiated platform in the North American midstream sector.

To support continued expansion, our client is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst to join its corporate development team. This role offers meaningful exposure to strategic transactions across the energy value chain, including M&A, greenfield development, and commercial partnerships. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or M&A advisory, with direct exposure to the energy or infrastructure sectors strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on all parts of the acquisition projects
• Researching and sourcing M&A targets
• Running the diligence process
• Communicating with C-suite executivies across the business

Qualifications:

• 1-4 years Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Private Equity, or related field
• Knowledge of either the Oil & Gas, Energy, Renewables, Water, etc. industries
• Knowledge of the full M&A process from beginning to end
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
• Experience working within midstream O&G (preferred)
