Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support deal execution across diverse sectors and asset classes
- Conduct investment analysis, diligence, financial modeling, and prepare materials for investment committees
- Collaborate with portfolio companies to support strategic initiatives and deepen relationships
- Participate in capital markets and structured finance activities
- While sourcing is not required, entrepreneurial thinking and initiative are highly valued
About the Team
- ~12-person investment team with a flat structure and high visibility to leadership
- Average deal size ranges from $50-100 million
