Associate Director (m/w/d) Treasury
Selby Jennings is currently partnered with an international institutional banking group based in Frankfurt. They're looking for an Treasury, Associate Director to join them.
The role will be hybrid, with 2 days WFH per week.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage balance sheet flows, maturities, collateralization, and transfer pricing in line with policies.
- Review and forecast LCR/NSFR, assess impacts of new trades, and support liquidity stress testing.
- Oversee daily cash position, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with reserve requirements.
- Execute and book liquid assets, funding, and FX trades; support new product development and market access.
- Review regulatory returns, maintain desk procedures, and assist with audits and outsourcing agreements.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similarly related fields.
- Proven experience in Treasury, Risk, or Institutional Finance.
- Strong knowledge of German regulatory liquidity and market/liquidity risk management.
- Experience with IRRBB reporting, documentation, and modeling.
- Fluent in English (min. C1)
