Join a leading hedge fund as a Consultant Relations Associate, where you'll play a key role in deepening relationships with the institutional consultant community and supporting strategic fundraising initiatives.
Role Overview:
As part of the Investor Relations and Distribution team, you will:
- Build and maintain relationships with investment consultants across key platforms.
- Coordinate and prepare responses to consultant questionnaires, RFPs, and DDQs.
- Support the development of customized materials and presentations for consultant meetings.
- Track consultant coverage, engagement, and feedback to inform strategic outreach.
- Collaborate with investment, product, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and data accuracy.
Ideal Candidate:
- 2-5 years of experience in consultant relations, investor relations, or institutional sales support.
- Strong understanding of hedge fund strategies and institutional investment landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Experience with CRM systems and consultant databases is a plus.
