Bodily Injury Litigation Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster to join our team. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of bodily injury claims, including investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of both litigated and non‑litigated files. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical ability, clear documentation skills, and confidence managing complex claim situations.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough investigations on new losses, including obtaining written or verbal statements.
• Document all claim activities accurately and maintain organized file notes.
• Evaluate liability, apply comparative negligence principles, and determine appropriate claim strategies.
• Obtain, review, and analyze medical records to assess injury value.
• Maintain timely and accurate claim reserves in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare large loss reports in alignment with internal guidelines.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and other involved parties.
• Collaborate with other carriers to gather injury and claim information.
• Manage litigated files by directing defense counsel and monitoring legal costs.
• Adhere to all company procedures, authority levels, and compliance requirements.
