【主な職務内容】
■ KYC／CDD オペレーション（中心業務）
新規顧客のKYC対応
既存顧客の定期・臨時CDD
取引モニタリング、疑わしい取引の確認
STRが必要な場合の対応
アラートの一次判断・エスカレーション
■ 規制対応（FSA窓口）
行政当局からの照会・質問への回答
必要資料の提出
規制変更のキャッチアップ・ギャップ分析
規制レポートの作成
日本ローカル規制への準拠状況の確認
■ ガバナンス・内部管理
コンプライアンスマニュアルの更新
各種レポートの作成
海外拠点との連携（アジア、本社）
監査・規制調査のサポート
社員向けコンプライアンス研修の実施
■その他、リスクマネジメント（サブ業務）
【必須要件】
コンプライアンス業務経験：7〜10年以上（最低5年以上）
KYC／CDD 実務経験
AML/金融犯罪対策の基礎知識
日本の金融規制の理解（銀行法など）
日本語・英語ビジネスレベル

【雇用条件】
基本給：〜1,500万円前後（業績ボーナス別途支給）
有給：25日/年
