「スピード感」と「収益基盤」を兼ね備えた環境で、法務として広い裁量を持ちながら成長できるポジションです。
本ポジションは、既に在籍するヘッドオブリーガルのもと、再エネプロジェクトに関わる幅広い企業法務を担当していただきます。
現在法務専任者は1名のみで、今回採用される方はチームの中核となる2人目のリーガルカウンセルとして、EPC契約やプロジェクトファイナンス関連の法務業務を担うことが期待されます。会社全体として管理部門は非常にスリムな構成であり、少人数ならではの意思決定のスピードと実務への深い関与が可能です。
業務内容としては、EPC契約のレビュー・交渉、プロジェクトファイナンスにおける法務支援、
投資関連契約書、各種法務ドキュメンテーションの作成・管理、
さらには日本語での契約レビューや社内外ステークホルダーとの調整など。
法務に加えて、必要に応じてガバナンス関連の文書確認や規制対応に携わる場合もあり
幅広いコーポレートリーガルの経験を積むことができます。
必須条件：EPC契約またはプロジェクトファイナンスのいずれかに関する実務経験
年収：1500万〜1800万円＋ボーナス最大3ヶ月
