Your Responsibilities
- Advise HR and leadership on all matters of individual and collective labor law.
- Draft and review employment-related documents (contracts, policies, templates).
- Handle employment law fundamentals and contribute to company-wide policy development.
- Represent the company in labor law proceedings and deliver training on legal topics and new case law.
- Lead negotiations and maintain constructive relationships with employee representative bodies.
- Support the development of innovative HR tools and contribute to labor law-related projects.
- Monitor changes in labor and social legislation and develop implementation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Risk & Compliance teams, including data protection.

Your Profile
- Fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist/in) with several years of experience in employment law, either in-house or in a law firm.
- Strong expertise in individual and collective labor law, including temporary employment and social security law.
- Practical experience drafting policies, works agreements, and negotiating with employee representation committees.
- Proven advisory and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex legal matters.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, negotiation strength, and a collaborative spirit.
- Strong communication skills in English AND German.
