Key Responsibilities

Your Profile
- Several years of experience in labor and employment law within the DACH region
- Strong background in managing employment disputes and litigation
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages (e.g., French) are a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Strong communicator with a proactive, business-minded approach to legal problem-solving
