About the Role
As an Account Executive, you'll manage the full lifecycle of commercial insurance deals submitted by agency partners. You'll qualify opportunities, build strong relationships with producers, and collaborate with internal teams to drive deal success. Your insights will also help shape product and sales strategy as the company continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize and qualify incoming deals using structured reporting tools
- Conduct discovery calls to understand deal context, competition, and win strategy
- Coordinate with sales, underwriting, and support teams to move deals forward
- Track and analyze lost opportunities to inform future improvements
- Gather feedback from partners to enhance the platform and product offerings
- Contribute to revenue growth and earn performance-based incentives
What You Bring
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or customer-facing roles in insurance or B2B tech
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple deals and collaborate cross-functionally
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Familiarity with commercial P&C insurance or working with brokers is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $60,000 + performance-based variable pay
