We are seeking a Commercial E&S Sales and Service Manager to join our client's real estate insurance sales team as a key operational partner, streamlining administrative processes, aligning business needs with technical solutions, and enhancing the client experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about building scalable, efficient systems from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end workflows for Small Commercial E&S products, ensuring efficiency from submission through policy issuance.
- Develop and maintain scalable SOPs and operational playbooks to support growth and consistency.
- Build quality assurance processes and reporting frameworks to monitor performance and ensure operational excellence.
- Act as the operational product owner, translating underwriting and sales needs into clear technical requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to drive system enhancements and automation.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and tools, ensuring readiness for production.
- Define and track key operational metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze workflow trends and feedback to continuously refine processes and tools.
- Support the development of automated underwriting rules and manage third-party integrations.
- Partner with Sales, Service, and Underwriting teams to streamline cross-functional workflows and improve the client experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in commercial insurance operations.
- Proven experience with insurance systems and scalable process design.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
