As they raise their second fund, they are seeking a visionary Managing Director / Partner to join the leadership team and help define the next chapter of the firm.
The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to join a firm at a pivotal moment-where your leadership, network, and investment acumen will directly shape our strategy, culture, and portfolio. You will be a key architect of Fund II and beyond, with the autonomy to lead deals, build theses, and mentor the next generation of investors.
Key Responsibilities
Fund Strategy & Leadership
- Co-lead fundraising efforts for Fund II and future funds
- Shape firm-wide investment strategy and sector theses
- Represent the firm with LPs, founders, and the broader ecosystem
Deal Sourcing & Execution
- Source, evaluate, and lead investments in early-stage startups
- Build and maintain a strong founder and operator network
- Lead due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiation
Portfolio Management
- Serve on boards and provide strategic guidance to portfolio companies
- Help founders scale operations, raise follow-on capital, and navigate exits
Firm Building
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performance culture
- Help define internal processes, values, and brand identity
- Drive thought leadership and ecosystem engagement
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to lead investments and support high-growth startups
- Deep network in the startup and investor ecosystem
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and shape a firm
- Passion for innovation and a track record of spotting breakout opportunities
