USD & RMB Investor Relations | PE Fund
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Investor Relations Associate to join our Private Equity Fund team in Beijing. The ideal candidate will primarily focus on USD fundraising activities and provide support for RMB fundraising efforts. This role is perfect for individuals with a strong background in Investor Relations (IR), investment banking, or investment management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead USD fundraising initiatives, including identifying potential investors, preparing pitch materials, and managing investor relationships.
- Support RMB fundraising activities, collaborating with the team to develop strategies and execute fundraising plans.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify fundraising opportunities and trends.
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and other key stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and participate in investor meetings, roadshows, and other fundraising events.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CFA, MBA) preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, investment banking, or investment management.
- Proven track record of successful fundraising and investor engagement.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
