Title: Transaction Advisory Services Manager

We are partnered with a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm that is passionate for what's next. They have 30 U.S. office locations, one in the Philippines and more than 2,100 team members that speak 60+ languages across the globe. They are looking add a Manager to their growing Transaction Advisory Services team in their Washington D.C office (Rockville, MD).

As a Transaction Advisory Services Manager, you will:
  • Lead financial due diligence engagements-planning, execution, analysis, and client-ready deliverables.
  • Evaluate historical financials, QoE, working capital, and other key transaction metrics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior executives, PE investors, and target company leadership.
  • Identify financial trends, risks, and upsides to inform client deal decisions.
  • Mentor and guide Associates, Seniors, and Manager-level staff.
  • Support business development-proposals, pitches, and relationship building.
  • Manage multiple concurrent engagements, ensuring high‑quality output and on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with partners and directors on market strategy and cross‑functional client opportunities.
  • Travel up to 20% depending on engagement needs.
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in Audit, Finance, or Transaction Advisory Services, with at least 3+ years in a financial due diligence or M&A-focused role

The Transaction Advisory Services Manager should have:
    • Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in Audit, Finance, or Transaction Advisory Services, with at least 3+ years in a financial due diligence or M&A-focused role.
    • Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and M&A transaction processes.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
    • Proven ability to interact confidently with senior executives, including private equity investors and C-suite leadership.
    • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead multiple engagements under tight deadlines.
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with a commitment to developing talent and fostering team success.
    • Licensed CPA preferred
