Deine Aufgaben:
Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung eines Teams im Bereich Debitorenbuchhaltung (Order-to-Cash)
Verantwortung für den gesamten End-to-End-Prozess von der Auftragserfassung bis zum Zahlungseingang
- Fakturierung
- Forderungsmanagement
- Mahnwesen
- Klärung von Zahlungsdifferenzen
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Compliance-Vorgaben, internen Kontrollen und Accounting-Standards
Analyse relevanter KPIs im Forderungsmanagement sowie Erstellung von Reports und Ableitung von Maßnahmen
Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen, Workflows und Schnittstellen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen (z. B. Vertrieb, Customer Service) sowie internationalen Standorten
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL mit Schwerpunkt Finance / Accounting oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung (z. B. Bilanzbuchhaltung)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung bzw. im Order-to-Cash-Prozess, idealerweise mit Führungserfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Forderungsmanagement und Mahnwesen
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP oder vergleichbar)
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Prozessverständnis
- Strukturierte, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
