A fast-growing regulatory technology firm is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to support its commercial team in driving complex enterprise sales within the financial services sector. The firm offers an integrated platform for trade surveillance, communication oversight, and data-driven compliance. Their solutions help financial institutions prevent market abuse, meet global regulatory obligations, and streamline operations from a single interface.

The Role:
You'll serve as a critical link between clients and internal teams-translating business needs into technical solutions and leading product demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and RFP/RFI responses. Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Implementation, you'll ensure a smooth client journey from initial engagement through onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compelling demos and POCs aligned with client needs.

  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand business workflows and challenges.

  • Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities and shape strategy.

  • Guide handoff from sales to onboarding, managing timelines and expectations.

  • Support RFPs and RFIs with accurate, persuasive content.

  • Maintain up-to-date pre-sales materials with Marketing.

  • Offer insights to Product and Customer Success to improve roadmap and service delivery.

  • Build trusted relationships with clients as a consultative advisor.

Ideal Background:

  • Experience in financial services, RegTech, or compliance technology.

  • Familiarity with SEC, CFTC, FINRA regulations and trade lifecycle.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Exposure to surveillance workflows (communications/trade) and best execution.

  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
