Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a rapidly growing organization developing advanced AI-driven platforms, serving a range of customers through financial services, government, gaming, marketplaces, healthcare, telecom, and e-commerce looking to add a FP&A Senior Manager to their team sitting fully remote. Operating across 13 states with over 3,000 esteemed clients, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and help grow and scale the Finance team.
Senior FP&A Manager Responsibilities:
- Build and improve the company's Financial Modeling and Forecasting processes throughout the organization
- Lead annual and quarterly Budgeting and Forecasting processes, colaborating with senior department heads to align the company's financial goals and strategic priorities
- Monitor Key Metric Reporting within the compnay to communicate key performance indicators to executives across the organization
- Advise executives and stakeholders in recommendations to drive financial growth and efficiency
- Project Management and Automation to existing processes across FP&A, accounting, people team, and business operations
Senior FP&A Manager Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or FP&A at a high growth tech company
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar quantitative discipline
- Able to work 100% remote
