Ein international tätiges Unternehmen im Bereich Konsumgüter mit Aktivitäten in mehreren europäischen Märkten sucht Verstärkung im Finance-Team. Das Unternehmen arbeitet eng mit großen Handels- und Distributionspartnern zusammen und ist Teil einer internationalen Organisation.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Business Partner für Vertrieb und Marketing sowie Schnittstelle zu weiteren Bereichen wie Supply Chain und Finance
- Verantwortung für kommerzielle Steuerungsthemen mit Fokus auf Pricing, Performance und Profitabilität
- Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von Pricing-Strategien und Kundeninvestitionen
- Durchführung von Budget-, Forecast- und Planungsprozessen
- Erstellung von Profitabilitätsanalysen und Financial Models
- Steuerung von Trade Spend und Marketingbudgets zur Optimierung des ROI
- Unterstützung bei Verhandlungen mit Handels- und Vertriebspartnern durch finanzielle Analysen
- Entwicklung und Monitoring von KPIs sowie Erstellung von Reports für das Management
- Erstellung von Business Reviews und Ad-hoc-Analysen
- Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Prozessen, Reporting-Strukturen und Tools
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finance, BWL oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling oder Commercial Finance, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Budgetierung, Forecasting und Performance-Analyse
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit ERP- und Controlling-Systemen
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Business-Verständnis
- Strukturierte, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke auf Deutsch sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
