Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate liquidity, debt capacity, and restructuring scenarios.
- Analyze business plans, capital structures, and debt instruments across multiple industries.
- Design and assess restructuring strategies, including distressed M&A opportunities.
- Conduct valuation and scenario analyses for companies with stressed or distressed credit profiles.
- Prepare client-ready presentations and investment memos with clear, data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including boards, creditors, and management teams.
- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, accounting, and industry experts.

Qualifications:
