Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate liquidity, debt capacity, and restructuring scenarios.
• Analyze business plans, capital structures, and debt instruments across multiple industries.
• Design and assess restructuring strategies, including distressed M&A opportunities.
• Conduct valuation and scenario analyses for companies with stressed or distressed credit profiles.
• Prepare client-ready presentations and investment memos with clear, data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including boards, creditors, and management teams.
• Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, accounting, and industry experts.
• Lead or support teams in executing complex engagements under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• 2-6 years of experience in investment banking, restructuring, corporate finance, or similar disciplines.
• Strong financial modeling skills and ability to work with intricate capital structures and debt instruments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research tools.
