Overview:
A leading public equities asset management firm headquartered in Atlanta is looking for a dynamic professional to join their team in a client-facing role that blends business development, relationship management, and strategic communication. This individual will collaborate closely with the Product Management Team, Investment Team, and executive leadership to identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships.
The Relationship Manager will be Responsible for:
- Partner with internal teams and leadership to develop and execute growth strategies and maintain strong client relationships.
- Act as a primary point of contact for current and prospective clients, including plan sponsors, investment consultants, broker-dealers, and RIAs.
- Lead client engagements, including new business presentations and regular performance reviews (quarterly/annual).
- Clearly articulate the firm's investment philosophy, process, portfolio positioning, and individual holdings, while staying informed on market and economic trends to share relevant insights.
The Relationship Manager should have:
- 8-10 years of experience in business development and/or relationship management within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of academic and professional excellence.
- Strong interest in financial markets and investment strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills-clear, concise, and persuasive.
- Outstanding presentation abilities with adaptability across diverse audiences.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
