Private Credit Product Specialist
Job Summary:
A leading global asset management firm is seeking a Senior Product Manager to support its Private Credit team. This role focuses on business development strategy for direct lending, distressed credit, and multi-sector private credit strategies. The position involves close collaboration with investment professionals, marketing, compliance, operations, and other internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product marketing materials, quarterly reports, and RFP/RFI responses to support business development and client engagement.
- Collaborate across departments on strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between investment, marketing, compliance, and operations teams.
- Develop deep subject matter expertise in private credit strategies, including direct lending and distressed credit, to support capital raising and client retention.
- Create and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and thought leadership content such as whitepapers and commentaries.
- Partner with sales teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compelling client communications and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in asset management, with a focus on research, marketing, or content/data management.
- Strong understanding of private credit and fixed income markets.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Bloomberg, Morningstar Direct, eVestment, and Peqin is a plus.
- Series 7 and 63 licenses required within six months of hire.
