Investor Relations Associate
A well-established and growing investment firm focused on private markets is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate to join its Zug based team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-performing environment with exposure to institutional investors and alternative investment strategies.
The Role
As an Investor Relations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting fund-raising efforts and investor communication. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless investor experience across the firm's strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, investor presentations, and fund updates
- Coordinate investor on boarding, due diligence, and reporting processes
- Manage investor CRM and maintain up-to-date records and communications
- Respond to investor queries and provide timely, accurate information
- Support the organisation of investor meetings, events, and roadshows
- Collaborate with internal teams including investment, legal, and compliance functions
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in investor relations, client services, asset management, or financial services
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German. (French is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
