About the Role We're seeking an experienced Vice President to join our Healthcare Investment Banking team in a fully remote capacity. This is a high‑impact leadership role for a VP who thrives in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment and wants to shape strategic transactions across healthcare services, life sciences, and healthcare technology.
As a VP, you'll lead deal execution, manage client relationships, and mentor junior bankers while working closely with senior leadership on M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates.
What You'll Do
Lead end‑to‑end execution of M&A, debt/equity financings, and strategic advisory engagements
Manage day‑to‑day deal processes, including diligence, modeling, valuation, and materials preparation
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, investors, and strategic partners
Oversee and develop associates and analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables
Build and refine financial models, valuation analyses, and industry-specific frameworks
Support business development efforts, including pitch materials and market insights
Monitor healthcare sector trends and identify new opportunities for client engagement
What We're Looking For
7-10+ years of investment banking experience, with at least 3+ years focused on healthcare
Strong execution track record across M&A and capital markets transactions
Deep understanding of healthcare services, life sciences, or HCIT subsectors
Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
Proven ability to manage complex processes and communicate with C‑suite executives
Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment
