Role Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Fundraiser with a strong network among German institutional investors to join the London office. This role will focus on capital raising efforts across the firm's real assets platform, with a particular emphasis on infrastructure and real estate strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading fundraising initiatives across German-speaking institutional markets
- Managing and expanding relationships with pension funds, insurers, and other institutional investors in the DACH region
- Collaborating with internal product, investment, and marketing teams to tailor materials and messaging for the German market
- Representing the firm at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings
- Providing market intelligence and feedback to inform product development and strategic planning
Role Requirements
- Proven track record in fundraising or investor relations within real assets or private markets
- Deep and active network of institutional investors in Germany
- Native or fluent German speaker; professional fluency in English
- Strong understanding of real estate and infrastructure investment strategies
- Based in London or willing to relocate, with flexibility for hybrid working
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
