Head of Middle Office | Global-Role | Based in India
I'm currently partnering with a prestigious global investment firm to help build out their Global Middle Office function. This is a rare opportunity to join a newly formed team that will play a pivotal role in supporting the firm's trading operations across a wide range of asset classes.
We are hiring for three key positions, including a Head of Global Middle Office and two senior-level professionals, to help shape and lead this critical function.

Head of Global Middle Office
- Ideal for professionals with strong leadership experience in financial operations or trade support.
Senior Operations Professionals - Global Middle Office
- Suited for individuals with hands-on experience in trade lifecycle management and stakeholder coordination.
What does the role involve?
- Act as the first point of escalation for post-trade issues.
- Serve as the operational bridge between front-office traders and internal teams.
- Drive process improvements, enhance data quality, and mitigate operational risk.
- Develop tools, dashboards, and workflows to support trading activity.
- Collaborate closely with technology and operations to support new strategies and asset classes.
What experience do you need?
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle operations (trade capture, P&L, security master, settlement).
- Experience across multiple asset classes.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Bloomberg, IHS Markit, or Capital IQ.
- A postgraduate qualification (MBA or CA) is preferred, though not mandatory for candidates with deep relevant experience.
