FP&A Manager (m/f/d) | €85,000 - €95,000 | Munich
My client is a fast-growing international technology company based in Munich. To strengthen its Finance team, the company is looking for an experienced FP&A Manager (m/f/d) who will play a key role in financial planning, business partnering, and performance management across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Own budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
- Prepare management reports, financial analyses and KPI dashboards
- Conduct variance analyses and provide actionable business insights
- Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities
- Develop and enhance financial models, planning tools and reporting structures
- Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders across the business
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within FP&A
- Support management decision-making through data-driven analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Business Controlling or Corporate Finance
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience with ERP and BI/reporting tools
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Fluent English skills (working language)
- German skills sufficient to hold casual day-to-day conversations with colleagues
