Or client, a rapidly growing international industrial company in the advanced materials and energy‑storage sector is seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to support major national and international engineering projects.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide legal support for national and international EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) and plant‑engineering projects
- Draft, review, and negotiate engineering, construction, and maintenance agreements
- Manage and track warranty claims, variations, and change orders
- Handle corporate housekeeping and general corporate governance topics
- Support commercial contracts, including raw‑material/product supply agreements, licensing, and cooperation agreements
- Interpret and prepare guidance on ESG‑related regulatory requirements, including CO₂ footprint and sector‑specific regulations
- Develop contractual standards, templates, and playbooks to support project teams
Your Profile
- Full legal qualification with two state exams completed.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in an in‑house legal department or a law firm.
- Experience working with EPC, plant construction, engineering, or industrial project contracts.
- The ability to translate technical and commercial concepts into clear legal language.
- A solution‑oriented mindset with strong structuring, drafting, and communication skills.
- The motivation to contribute to the growth of a business in a fast‑developing, technology‑driven market
- Excellent analytical skills, reliability, flexibility, and a collaborative working style
- Business‑fluent German and English; confident using MS Office; initial experience with Legal Tech is a plus
