BD Manager - Liquidity Solutions

A leading global fintech firm is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth within its liquidity and trading solutions offering. This is a high-impact, full-cycle commercial role combining new business acquisition with long-term account ownership. You will operate with significant autonomy, managing your own portfolio and directly influencing revenue growth in a fast-paced, international environment.
This opportunity is ideal for a commercially driven professional who thrives in performance-led environments and enjoys both building new client relationships and expanding existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition by identifying, engaging, and closing institutional B2B clients
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and deal closure
  • Build and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring strong adoption and continued usage of solutions
  • Increase recurring revenue through client engagement, transaction volume growth, and platform utilization
  • Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities across a suite of fintech and trading products
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding while maintaining commercial ownership
  • Develop strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Track and manage pipeline performance using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of B2B sales experience within fintech, liquidity, trading infrastructure, or institutional brokerage
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, with clear examples of revenue impact
  • Experience closing complex deals such as liquidity provider agreements or prime brokerage mandates
  • Strong understanding of trading technologies including MT4/MT5 and FIX API
  • Knowledge of derivatives, spreads, and trading mechanics within financial markets
  • Demonstrated ability to balance new business acquisition with account management responsibilities
  • Strong commercial acumen, including contract negotiation and pricing strategies
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are advantageous
