Technical Program Manager

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the technical bridge between the developer community and our core engineering team.
  • Engage directly with developers on X (Twitter), Discord, and other channels, answering questions, providing support, and gathering feedback.
  • Translate developer pain points into tangible solutions by building and maintaining developer tooling, SDKs, and example integrations.
  • Write high-quality documentation, tutorials, and reference implementations that make our API and platform intuitive to use.
  • Continuously improve the developer experience by monitoring usage, identifying friction points, and proactively releasing new utilities or features.
  • Partner with internal teams to shape API design and developer-facing architecture based on real-world feedback.

Required Skillset

  • Strong software engineering background, with the ability to independently build, test, and ship production-grade developer tools.
  • Deep familiarity with modern API design, authentication flows, and software architecture patterns.
  • Proficiency in at least one major backend language (e.g., TypeScript, Python, or Rust) and comfort working across SDKs, REST, and WebSocket APIs. Ability to pick up new languages quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Capable of explaining complex technical concepts simply.
  • Experience writing or maintaining technical documentation and developer content.
  • Ability to engage publicly with developers and represent the company's technical voice online.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience maintaining open-source developer tooling, SDKs, or API clients.
  • Familiarity with API monitoring, schema evolution, and versioning best practices.
  • Understanding of developer infrastructure (CI/CD, package publishing, release management).
  • Exposure to crypto, trading systems, or low-latency distributed systems.
  • Prior experience in Developer Relations, Developer Experience, or Developer Advocacy roles.
