About the Role:

As a Systems Administrator, you'll be at the core of the company's IT operations - ensuring stability, scalability, and performance across a complex and dynamic infrastructure. You'll support business-critical systems that enable real-time trading, analytics, and risk management, working closely with both technology and trading teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, monitor, and optimize Windows and Linux servers, both on-premises and in cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control across systems and applications.
• Implement security best practices, patch management, and backup procedures.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to automate deployments and improve system reliability.
• Troubleshoot incidents, analyze root causes, and ensure minimal downtime for trading operations.

What You'll Bring:

• 3-6 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS) and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and IT security principles.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
