About the Role:
As a Systems Administrator, you'll be at the core of the company's IT operations - ensuring stability, scalability, and performance across a complex and dynamic infrastructure. You'll support business-critical systems that enable real-time trading, analytics, and risk management, working closely with both technology and trading teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, monitor, and optimize Windows and Linux servers, both on-premises and in cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control across systems and applications.
- Implement security best practices, patch management, and backup procedures.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to automate deployments and improve system reliability.
- Troubleshoot incidents, analyze root causes, and ensure minimal downtime for trading operations.
What You'll Bring:
- 3-6 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS) and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and IT security principles.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
