Key Responsibilities:
- Design and enhance low-latency, high-performance trading systems for options or equities.
- Own and optimize infrastructure to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate on system architecture and strategy in a rigorous, team-oriented setting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience from a quantitative trading firm or fund.
- Proven experience developing live trading systems or performance-sensitive software.
- Proficiency in C++ or Java.
- Familiarity with U.S. options or equities markets is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in project or personnel management.
- Exposure to high-performance computing environments.
