We are offering a unique opportunity for an experienced Portfolio Manager to launch and manage their own fund within a well-resourced and strategically aligned investment platform. This is ideal for PMs with a strong and verifiable track record who are seeking autonomy, institutional-grade infrastructure, and a long-term partnership to scale their strategy.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Track Record: Demonstrable history of consistent alpha generation across any liquid asset class or strategy.
• Strategy: Discretionary, systematic, or hybrid approaches welcome; must be scalable and risk-aware.
• Experience: 5-10+ years as a PM or Senior Trader at a hedge fund, bank, or asset manager.
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial, disciplined, and collaborative.
• Regulatory: FCA-authorised or eligible for registration.

Responsibilities Post-Launch:

• Define and execute the fund's investment strategy.
• Build and manage a high-performing team (if desired).
• Maintain robust risk management and compliance standards.
• Engage with investors and stakeholders on performance and strategy evolution.
• Contribute to the platform's broader investment ecosystem.
