Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by engaging hedge funds and introducing a transformative treasury management solution.
  • Build and nurture relationships through high-touch, consultative interactions-think coffee meetings, networking, and strategic conversations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your knowledge of financing mechanics to educate clients and create value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success.
  • Take ownership of your pipeline and revenue goals in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Qualifications

  • Industry Expertise: Significant experience in hedge fund financing or prime brokerage (10+ years), ideally at SVP/Director level or above.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of financing structures- swaps, securities lending, margin, capital usage, and related concepts.
  • Network & Connectivity: Established relationships within the hedge fund community; ability to open doors quickly.
  • Sales Drive: Energetic, proactive, and motivated to build something big.
  • Professional Presence: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
