Key Responsibilities
- Execute and support month-end close processes across multiple entities with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness
- Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis, delivering clear and actionable financial insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and improve financial and operational processes
- Assist with special projects, system implementations, and process optimization initiatives
- Identify and recommend enhancements to policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience:
- 2+ years of public accounting experience and 2+ year of industry experience
- Experience in a complex, multi-entity environment preferred
- Demonstrated ability to support process improvement and scalable operations
Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and corporate accounting practices
- Experience with accounting systems, workflows, and process design
- Proficiency in financial documentation and workpaper preparation
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
