Key Responsibilities

• Support the origination, structuring, and execution of private credit transactions.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, due diligence, and credit risk assessments.
• Prepare investment memoranda and present recommendations to the investment committee.
• Monitor portfolio performance and maintain strong relationships with borrowers and advisors.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in private credit, leveraged finance, or restructuring (investment banking or advisory background preferred).
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Fluent German and professional English required.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Munich.
