Key Responsibilities
- Support the origination, structuring, and execution of private credit transactions.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, due diligence, and credit risk assessments.
- Prepare investment memoranda and present recommendations to the investment committee.
- Monitor portfolio performance and maintain strong relationships with borrowers and advisors.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in private credit, leveraged finance, or restructuring (investment banking or advisory background preferred).
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Fluent German and professional English required.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Munich.
