Responsibilities for the Operational Due Diligence Manager - Leading Asset Manager:

• Lead structured ODD reviews for private equity, real estate, hedge funds, and other investment vehicles-assessing infrastructure, internal controls, risk frameworks, and compliance mechanisms.
• Develop and maintain a tracking system for identified issues - coordinate updates from fund/investment teams and follow through on remediation efforts.
• Deliver timely, high-quality reports and risk assessments to the Operational Committee, Investment Committee, and senior management.
• Design, refine, and implement operational risk frameworks and ODD methodologies, aligned with regional and global asset management best practices.
• Liaise with investment, legal, compliance, IT, and internal audit to resolve due diligence issues and support overall risk alignment.
• Manage external consultants or third-party due diligence providers as necessary

Requirements for the Operational Due Diligence Manager - Leading Asset Manager:

• Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in Business/Operational Risk Management, or Compliance/Audit, or Due Diligence.
• Strong understanding of Private Markets and Public Markets
• Experience working across front to end investment processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across the Investments team.
