About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Capital Raising to join this market-leading platform. This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving consultant engagement and institutional fundraising across key European markets, with a focus on the Nordics, Benelux, UK, and France.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the firm's consultant relations strategy, and building a high-performing fundraising team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead consultant relations strategy across the EMEA region.
• Own and manage senior-level relationships with institutional investors and consultants.
• Build and lead a fundraising team, driving performance and accountability.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless, integrated approach to capital raising.
• Deliver significant contributions to fundraising targets.

• 15+ years of experience in institutional fundraising.
• Proven track record of success at a leading infrastructure platform.
• Deep institutional network across target geographies.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, managing and scaling teams.
