About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Capital Raising to join this market-leading platform. This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving consultant engagement and institutional fundraising across key European markets, with a focus on the Nordics, Benelux, UK, and France.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the firm's consultant relations strategy, and building a high-performing fundraising team. This is an opportunity to join an entrepreneurial environment and help create a fully integrated fundraising function in collaboration with private markets specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead consultant relations strategy across the EMEA region.
- Own and manage senior-level relationships with institutional investors and consultants.
- Build and lead a fundraising team, driving performance and accountability.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless, integrated approach to capital raising.
- Deliver significant contributions to fundraising targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of experience in institutional fundraising.
- Proven track record of success at a leading infrastructure platform.
- Deep institutional network across target geographies.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, managing and scaling teams.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure investments and private markets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
