IT Operations Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Engineer to lead and support our transition from traditional on-premises infrastructure to modern cloud-based environments. This role requires hands-on expertise in cloud migration, infrastructure automation, and operational excellence across hybrid environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, security, and business continuity during and after migration.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute cloud migration projects, moving workloads from physical/virtual servers to cloud platforms (primarily Microsoft Azure or AWS).
• Design, implement, and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools such as Terraform, PowerShell, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage and optimize Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and identity management solutions.
• Implement robust backup and disaster recovery strategies leveraging cloud storage solutions.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability across all environments.
