Finance Manager | Asset Manager | Individual Role
An established, Hong Kong-based investment platform is looking to hire a Finance professional into a high-impact individual contributor role, supporting a lean and high-performing team.

The Role
You will support the Finance team across a broad scope of responsibilities, working closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
This is a hands-on position with full ownership of deliverables.
What does the role involve?
* Support the Finance team across all financial activities within the business
* Maintain the group's accounting records, ensuring accuracy across transactions, assets and systems
* Manage day-to-day operational processes including payments and bank account administration
* Assist with management reporting and the month-end close process
* Implement and maintain financial controls across the organisation
* Perform regulatory reporting, including preparation of Financial Resources Return
* Work closely with external fund administrators, including reviewing monthly fund valuations
* Prepare fund performance analysis and related reporting
* Coordinate statutory audits and support preparation of financial statements in line with accounting standards
* Liaise with external tax advisors to support tax filings and compliance
* Support broader financial matters and ad hoc projects as required
What experience do you need?
* Degree in Finance or Accounting, with CPA or equivalent preferred
* Around 8+ years' experience within asset management, audit, fund administration or financial services
* Understanding of investment funds and asset management structures
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
* Able to operate independently and take ownership in a lean environment
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
* Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving setup
