Family Office Analyst - Multi Asset Class

Our client is a growing, entrepreneurial family office with a flexible mandate to invest across a wide range of asset classes. The team operates in a lean, collaborative environment and is seeking an Investment Analyst or Associate to join their investment group. This is a rare opportunity to gain broad exposure across public markets, private investments, and operating businesses while working closely with senior decision-makers.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, analyzing, and monitoring investments across multiple strategies, including equities, fixed income, private deals, and opportunistic investments. This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in fundamental analysis and a genuine curiosity about businesses and markets.

In addition to investment responsibilities, you will contribute to operations, reporting, and trading, as well as assist in the oversight of operating companies owned by the family office. This is a hands-on role with significant responsibility and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform deep-dive research and financial analysis across diverse sectors and asset classes.
• Build and maintain financial models to support investment decisions.
• Assist in due diligence for private investments and strategic opportunities.
• Support portfolio monitoring, risk assessment, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate on operational initiatives and infrastructure buildout for the firm.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-4 years in equity research, investment banking, private equity, or a similar fundamental role.
• Strong financial modeling, accounting, and corporate finance skills.
• Ability to analyze companies across multiple sectors and adapt quickly to new industries.
• High intellectual curiosity and a passion for investing.
• Comfortable operating in a lean, entrepreneurial environment with broad responsibilities.
