Corporate Credit Analyst (VP)
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed credit analysis and risk assessments for large corporate clients across the region.
- Draft clear, concise, and well-structured credit proposals and approval memos for internal credit committees.
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify early warning signals.
- Collaborate with relationship managers and product teams to ensure alignment with risk appetite and policy.
- Stay informed on macroeconomic trends and sector developments impacting credit quality.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in corporate credit analysis, ideally covering large corporates in Asia. Prior experience working in corporate banks is essential.
- Strong writing skills with a proven ability to produce high-quality credit proposals.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and credit risk assessment tools.
- Mandarin fluency is preferred due to regional client coverage.
- Solid understanding of regional markets and regulatory environments.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline; CFA or equivalent certification is advantageous.
