Relationship Manager - Middle Market Lending

We are partnered with a leading bank to expand their middle market lending team.
We are working with a well-capitalized, growth-oriented bank to identify a Relationship Manager for their Houston office. This hire is part of a strategic expansion, aimed at deepening the bank's presence in the region and increasing coverage of middle market transactions between $10MM and $20MM.
Key Responsibilities:

• Originate and execute commercial lending opportunities in the $10MM-$20MM range
• Build and maintain strong relationships with middle market clients and referral sources
• Collaborate with credit, underwriting, and portfolio management teams to structure and close deals
• Monitor portfolio performance and proactively manage client relationships and risk
• Represent the bank in the Houston business community and at industry events

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in middle market commercial lending or relationship management
• Strong credit and structuring skills with a history of successful deal execution
• Deep network within the Houston middle market ecosystem
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and drive revenue growth
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field (MBA or formal credit training preferred)
